Labor-Management Council

Hansol Technics operates Hanmaeum Council, an in-house labor-management council, to improve employees' working environment and promote welfare based on mutual understanding and cooperation between labor and management.

Hanmaeum Council consists of employee representatives and employer representatives. Through regular consultations, the council discusses and improves key employee-related matters, including welfare, working conditions, occupational safety and health, and grievance handling.
